There is one clinical trial.
This is a phase 2, single or multi-center, randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Rayaldee (CTAP101 Capsules) to treat adult subjects with mild to moderate COVID-19 who test positive for SARS-CoV-2 via nasopharynx swab and subsequent reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
Description: The FLU- PRO© questionnaire was specifically designed and validated to evaluate in clinical trials the presence, severity and duration of symptoms associated with viral infections. It contains 32 items (eg, felt hot, sweating, headache), grouped into 6 domains, that provide a comprehensive evaluation of such symptoms, using 5-point scales (values ranging from 0 to 4) with higher scores indicating worse symptoms.Measure: Severity and duration of disease as evidenced by COVID-19 symptoms using the FLU-PRO© questionnaire. Time: 42 days

An HTML report was created for each of the unique drugs, MeSH, and HPO terms associated with COVID-19 clinical trials. Each report contains a list of either the drug, the MeSH terms, or the HPO terms. All of the terms in a category are displayed on the left-hand side of the report to enable easy navigation, and the reports contain a list of correlated drugs, MeSH, and HPO terms. Further, all reports contain the details of the clinical trials in which the term is referenced. Every clinical trial report shows the mapped HPO and MeSH terms, which are also hyperlinked. Related HPO terms, with their associated genes, protein mutations, and SNPs are also referenced in the report.Drug Reports MeSH Reports HPO Reports
