The objective of this study is to evaluate the cortisol awakening response with persons with Parkinsons Disease (PD), Huntingtons Disease (HD), and controls. These data are desired so experience can be gained with measuring stress levels subjectively and objectively in persons with PD, HD, and controls.
Description: Salivary Cortisol level (ug/dL) Response is the change in cortisol between awakening and 30 minutes after awakening.
Measure: Awakening Salivary Cortisol level (ug/dL) Response Time: Collected upon awakening and 30 minutes after awakeningThis study will evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of RO7234292 (RG6042) in participants who have completed other F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Ltd.-sponsored and/or Genentech-sponsored studies in the Huntington's disease (HD) in the development program for RG6042.
Description: The Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) is a structured tool to assess suicidal ideation and behavior. Four constructs are measured: severity of ideation, intensity of ideation, behavior, and lethality of actual suicide attempts. Binary (yes/no) data are collected for 10 categories, and composite endpoints based on the categories are followed over time to monitor patient safety.
Measure: Change From Baseline in Behavioral Findings, as Assessed by the Columbia-Suicide Time: Baseline, Every 8 Weeks or Every 16 Weeks, and End of Treatment (up to approximately 6 years)Description: MoCA contains a series of basic assessments, including attention and visuospatial tasks. The total score ranges from 0-30, where lower scores indicate greater impairment.
Measure: Change From Baseline in Cognition, using Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) Time: Baseline, Every 16 Weeks, End of Treatment (up to approximately 6 years)This is a Phase 3, open-label study to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of valbenazine, and to provide subjects continued access to valbenazine for the treatment of chorea associated with Huntington disease.
Description: The TMC is part of the motor assessment of the UHDRS and measures chorea in 7 different body parts including the face, oral-buccal-lingual region, trunk and each limb independently. The TMC score is the sum of the individual scores and ranges from 0 to 28. A decrease in score indicates improvement in chorea.
Measure: Change from Baseline in the Unified Huntington's Disease Rating Scale (UHDRS) Total Maximal Chorea (TMC) Score Time: Up to 104 weeksAlphabetical listing of all HPO terms. Navigate: Correlations Clinical Trials

An HTML report was created for each of the unique drugs, MeSH, and HPO terms associated with COVID-19 clinical trials. Each report contains a list of either the drug, the MeSH terms, or the HPO terms. All of the terms in a category are displayed on the left-hand side of the report to enable easy navigation, and the reports contain a list of correlated drugs, MeSH, and HPO terms. Further, all reports contain the details of the clinical trials in which the term is referenced. Every clinical trial report shows the mapped HPO and MeSH terms, which are also hyperlinked. Related HPO terms, with their associated genes, protein mutations, and SNPs are also referenced in the report.
