This study will be conducted to investigate the safety of verinurad in healthy volunteers in combination with allopurinol 300 mg, compared with placebo in particular its effect on electrocardiogram (ECG), with focus on the QT/QTc interval

The study is conducted in accordance with Food and Drug Administration guidance on Clinical Drug Interaction Studies, 2020. Verinurad will be developed as a fixed combination since it will always be administered together with allopurinol.
