There is one clinical trial.
Prospective, observational, multicenter study aiming to evaluate the number of COVID-19 pneumonia related patients treated with non-invasive ventilatory support outside the intensive care unit. In addition, the study aims to obtain information related to the clinical characteristics and hospital results of these patients.
Description: The first purpose of the study is to evaluate the number of COVID-19 related pneumonia patients treated with devices for non-invasive ventilation outside intensive care units.
Measure: The number of patients treated with non-invasive ventilation devices. Time: Until patient discharge from the hospital (approximately 5 months)Description: Assess the clinical characteristics of patients treated with devices for non-invasive ventilation using the following endpoint: incidence of patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
Measure: Incidence of patients requiring mechanical ventilation Time: Until patient discharge from the hospital (approximately 5 months)Description: Assess the clinical characteristics of patients treated with devices for non-invasive ventilation using the following endpoint: incidence of organ failure.
Measure: Incidence of organ failure Time: Until patient discharge from the hospital (approximately 5 months)Description: Measure the hospital outcomes of patients treated with devices for non-invasive ventilation using the following endpoint: duration of hospitalization.
Measure: Duration of hospitalization Time: Until patient discharge from the hospital (approximately 5 months)Description: Measure the hospital outcomes of patients treated with devices for non-invasive ventilation using the following endpoint: clinical outcome at hospital discharge.
Measure: Clinical outcome at hospital discharge Time: Until patient discharge from the hospital (approximately 5 months)Alphabetical listing of all HPO terms. Navigate: Correlations Clinical Trials

An HTML report was created for each of the unique drugs, MeSH, and HPO terms associated with COVID-19 clinical trials. Each report contains a list of either the drug, the MeSH terms, or the HPO terms. All of the terms in a category are displayed on the left-hand side of the report to enable easy navigation, and the reports contain a list of correlated drugs, MeSH, and HPO terms. Further, all reports contain the details of the clinical trials in which the term is referenced. Every clinical trial report shows the mapped HPO and MeSH terms, which are also hyperlinked. Related HPO terms, with their associated genes, protein mutations, and SNPs are also referenced in the report.
